1. How can I order from you?
You can shop conveniently by placing your desired items in the shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout. There you enter your delivery address and preferred payment method - that's it!
2. Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?
No, a customer account is not required. You can also order as a guest without any problems.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payment options, including:

4. How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping is currently completely free, regardless of order value or delivery location.
5. How long does shipping take?
It takes 1-2 working days to process the order. The average delivery time within the United States is 6-12 working days.
6. When will I receive my shipment tracking?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. This usually happens about one day after dispatch. You can check the status at any time via the “Track order” menu item.
7. The delivery time has been exceeded, what should I do?
If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time has expired, please write to us at info@leafuni.com and we will help you immediately.
8. What happens if items are missing or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if a product is missing or has arrived damaged. We will find a solution as soon as possible.
9. What can I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
If something is not to your satisfaction, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. Just send us a message and we will find a solution!
10. My discount code does not work, why?
Please note that discounts cannot be combined. For example, if you already benefit from a quantity discount, no additional voucher code can be applied.
11. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 3 hours of purchase. We start production very quickly and usually only need one to two days for production. If you cancel within these 3 hours, you will of course receive a full refund. Please note: As our products are personalized and made especially for you, a processing fee of €9 per item will be charged for cancellations after the 3 hours. In this case, we will refund the purchase price minus this processing fee.
