How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Add your desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account is optional and only helps you track orders more easily in the future.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed within 24 hours after placing the order, provided it has not yet entered processing. Once processing starts, changes are no longer possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellation is no longer possible. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider product range and free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, including processing. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime via our own Track & Trace page on the website.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet. Is this normal?
Yes. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment, depending on the carrier.
What if I never received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived 3 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@leafuni.com and we’ll investigate it for you.

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@leafuni.com to register your return. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, depending on the situation.

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may still be able to help. After processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
First, check with household members or neighbors. If the issue persists, contact the carrier and then email us so we can assist further.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items may ship separately due to availability or supplier location. You won’t be charged extra for this.
