Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days after the order is placed.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

 

2. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and suppliers.
Because of this fulfillment method, delivery times may differ from traditional local retailers.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, including processing time.
Business days include Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.

 

4. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately.
This can occur due to availability, inventory location, or logistical considerations.

If items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly via our Track & Trace Page using the tracking details provided. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow time for the carrier to process the shipment.

 

7. Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after the order is placed, provided the order has not yet entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
