This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are accepted for purchases made through Leafuni USA, operated by Ecomeran LLC.

1. Returns Summary

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and provide the reason for the return. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible depending on product availability and the nature of the request. Please contact us before returning an item so we can determine the best solution.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within the 30-day return window
  • The return is approved before the item is sent back

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

3. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Hygiene and personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

These exclusions are in place for health, safety, and quality control reasons.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@leafuni.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • An exchange
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

In these cases, return shipping costs may be covered or waived at our discretion.

 

7. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

8 Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

 

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after being placed, provided the order has not yet entered processing or been shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.
