If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by e-mail or telephone and tell us the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.
1. Register your return
To register your return, simply contact info@leafuni.com. Our customer service team will send you a response as soon as possible. Still no response to your email within 24-48 hours? Most likely it has already been answered, so please check your spam mail. Our reply may have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
2. Prepare your product
Pack the product you are returning properly and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Send us your parcel

4. Have the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two working days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders that are returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene articles
A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): Underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of our customers, we refuse to accept returns of beauty and health products.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Wrong product received: If you have received the wrong product by mistake, please also contact us to receive the correct item at no additional cost.
Item not received

Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of your order is only possible 5 minutes after placing the order. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped in processing and unfortunately, cancelation is no longer possible.
