Shipping
Delivery and shipping are handled by Leafuni. Each package is provided with Track & Trace and is completely free of charge for you, the customer.
Your package will be shipped by us within 0-2 days. The package is sent directly from the supplier, which is cheaper for you as a customer. This may mean that it takes a little longer for you to receive your package than you may be used to from other suppliers.
The delivery time is 6-12 working days, which already includes the processing time of 0-2 days. Saturdays are counted as working days. To accommodate you, we do not charge any shipping costs and will cover these in full for you. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary.
Order with 2 or more products
If you order two or more products, it is possible that these products will be delivered in separate shipments. This may be due to availability, logistical considerations or shipping from different warehouses. We ask you not to mail and to wait until the specified delivery time has elapsed first.
Return
You are not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can. You can return your order at any time within 14 days!
Is your product broken? Then a return is often not necessary, we will simply send you a new one! Additional costs may apply depending on the country of departure.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Leafuni accepts no responsibility for the loss of returns. We do not provide return labels, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Style, size and photo changes
Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a customized product that will go into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.
Address changes
When placing your order, please note that there may be slight variations in size. We recommend that you choose one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.
Please also note that the colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.
Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made once the product is prepared or shipped. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Damaged or misprinted items
If an item arrives to you damaged or misprinted, we offer free reprinting and shipping. Please contact us via our contact form and include a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange the reprint and send you the item within seven working days.
Insured shipping
You are fully covered with our shipping insurance, available for just $2.95. If your order is damaged, lost or stolen in transit, we will send you a new order free of charge.
Please note that damaged or incorrectly printed items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After this period, Leafuni cannot accept responsibility for replacement
Hygiene products
Hygiene products are excluded from the right of return due to the spread of infection and disease. Once hygiene products such as care products and bras have been used up, we can no longer take the products back.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you, Leafuni will not be responsible for replacing these items.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will be happy to replace it and ensure that your order reaches you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we will have to wait 14 days before refunding the order if the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in with your order regularly during the two weeks to track progress and keep you informed.
Cancellations/returns
As soon as you place your order, you agree that it is an individual product that goes into production immediately and that no further changes are possible. Before the order goes into production or is shipped, it can still be canceled. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.
If you are not happy with the products you have received and would like to return them, please email info@leafuni so we can send you our returns address or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
